SI5350A-B11090-GTR Overview
As a clock IC, it uses the Tape & Reel (TR) package. 10-TFSOP, 10-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) contains this Clock PLL. This Clock PLL will be fed by Crystal as its input. There are 2 circuits implemented in order to achieve full performance from this electronic part. Providing a maximum frequency of 200MHz, this clock-based RF synthesizer is suitable for a variety of applications. The Surface Mount allows this electrical component to be easily installed on the panel. There are 1.71V~1.98V 2.25V~2.75V 3V~3.6V different supply voltages that can be provided for this RF synthesizer. Based on test statistics, ambient temperature should be set at -40°C~85°C TA. I would like to present to you a frequency synthesizer that is compatible with LVCMOS logic levels. This is an electronic part that can be classified as a Clock Generator in this case.
