SI5347C-B-GMR Overview
Clock ICs are packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. A maximum temperature of 260 can be sustained by this clock generator ic during reflowing. There are a total of 64 terminations in this file. A voltage of 1.8V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. There is a maximum voltage of 1.89V for this clock generator. There are CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs integrated into this digital clock generator. Keeping the supply voltage for this frequency synthesizer above 1.71V is recommended for safety reasons. The PLL may become ha85°Cardous once the operating temperature exceeds 85°C. In this clock-generating clock generator ic, a frequency of 712.5MHz is synthesi712.5MHzed for high-quality output. A temperature of less than -40°C may cause this clock PLL to fail to start. With ALSO REQUIRES 3.3V SUPPLY, this clock generator produces better clock signals. The thermal destruction of an element may be caused by a supply current exceeding 240mA.
