1.8V Clock Generators 44 Terminals Tape & Reel (TR)
SI5346A-D-GMR Overview
Clock generator is packaged in the way of Tape & Reel (TR). 44 terminations can be found in frequency generators. The supply voltage of 1.8V allows for high efficiency. The maximal supply voltage (Vsup) reaches 1.89V. The uPs/uCs/Peripheral IC clock generator incoporates is CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC. The supply voltage (Vsup) should be kept above 1.71V for normal operation. The operating temperature should be kept below 85°C. For the clock, clock generator's output frequency should not exceed 712.5MHz. The operating temperature should be kept above -40°C. ALSO REQUIRES 3.3V SUPPLY can also be founded when using frequency generators.
