This clock IC is packaged using the Tray method. The QFN-64 package includes this clock generator. There are a number of electronic parts in the Si5345 series, including this one. Clock PLL has 10 Output signal outputs to maximi10 Outpute output frequency. For the time clock generator to operate properly, 135 mA of supply current are required.
