SI4764-A20-AMR Overview
RF Receiver is included with the 40-VFQFN Exposed Pad package.A Tape & Reel (TR) package of RF transmitter and receiver is used to package.Its supply voltage is 1.5V~5V.There is a lot of use for it in Automotive Audio.A temperature below 85°C should be used for operation.It is recommended that the operating temperature be higher than -40°C.This device achieves excellent efficiency at frequencies of 520kHz~1.71MHz 64MHz~108MHz.
