Features of the Osram SFH 4258-Z include a wide viewing angle of 120°, a high radiant intensity of up to 1.2mW/sr, and a low thermal resistance of 0.5K/W. It also has a low forward voltage of 1.2V and a high peak wavelength accuracy of ±5nm.
