SFH 2711 A01 Overview
In order to prevent damage, these photodiodes are packaged in the MouseReel. It is necessary to enclose the photodiodes in SMD-2 packages for safety purposes. As long as the photodiodes are operated in reverse- bias mode continuously, their maximum voltage is 16 V. A photodiode conducts 5 nA current without light input.
