802.11b/g RF Amplifier type.High reliability is achieved by using advanced RF Amp' packagings Tape & Reel (TR).Since the RF power Amplifier is packed in 8-VFDFN Exposed Pad, shipping overseas is convenient.The way to mount Amplifiers RF is Surface Mount.There is 2.7V~5V voltage limit on the Amplifiers RF.Optimal performance can be achieved by operating the supply current in the 135mA range.With 8 pins, the high power RF Amplifier is designed.As a whole, there are 1 function(s) in the RF Amplifier.Different functions can be applied to 8 terminations.RF power Amplifier shouldrun at a temperature 85°C higher than 85°C.
