SD57045 Description
The SD57045 is a broadband commercial and industrial lateral Field-Effect RF power transistor with a common source N-Channel enhancement mode operating at frequencies up to 1.0 GHz. The SD57045 is made to operate in common source mode at 28 V with good gain and broadband performance. Applications requiring excellent linearity in base stations find it to be suitable.
