SCN-1312SC Overview
Temperatures as low as -15°C can be reached by proximity sensors. A proximity sensor can only operate at 70°C. It is necessary for the proximity sensor to have a frequency of 220kHz in order to function. With a nominal supply current of 30mA, proximity sensors will operate normally.
