SC603IMLTRT Overview
The 10-VFDFN Exposed Pad package saves space on the board. These LED drivers have 1 outputs.The mounting method adopted is Surface Mount.Initially, it emerges as a DC DC Regulator with high efficiency and a high degree of reliability.-40°C~85°C TA is the operating temperature and it works fine.The benefits are considerable for Backlight.This system operates at 625kHz frequency.For its operation, 10 terminations are designed.To form its configuration, there are 10 pins.It is possible for undetermined failures to occur if the voltage supply is lower than 2.5V.Surface Mount is mounted on it.As a maximum value, 6.5V is acceptable.The output voltage of this device is 4.275V~4.725V.A total of 10 pins are present on this device.The system works with a minimum supply voltage of 2.5V in order to achieve maximum efficiency.The load is capable of receiving 200mA current.While operating the device, the circuit has 3.3V volts.
