SC4809CIMSTRT Overview
Capsuled in the 10-TFSOP, 10-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) package, the switching controller suits most application needs. The dc motor controller is adquate to generate for 1 outputs. It is capable of dealing with Transistor Driver dc switching's output (s). dc switching'sThe supply and operating voltage of the dc control are 16V~19V. Qualified to work in a -40°C~105°C TA dc switcher. This switching controller can switch at 1MHz. The dcdc regulator features Frequency Control, Soft Start for efficient switching control. The switch converters are connected to a SWITCHING CONTROLLER analog IC. Terminal (s) of the switching converters are designed at the DUAL position. 10 terminations with a variety of function. To name a few of the control techniques these dc dc converter ics adapt, it includes PULSE WIDTH MODULATION. 12V nominal DC switcher's voltage input.
