SC4501QMLTRT Overview
optimized performance is achieved by utilizing the Tape & Reel (TR) package in this voltage regulator. The space-saving 10-VFDFN Exposed Pad package is available for this voltage regulator. The voltage regulator 12v has 1 outputs. The adjusting voltage regulator generates Adjustable output. As the name implies, this voltage regulator 12v is designed for mounting on a Surface Mount bracket. During switching regulator operation, the operating temperature should remain at -40°C~85°C TA. This voltage regulator 12v reaches a switching frequency of 1.5MHz. The regulator is capable of operating with a dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 1.4V. A maximum design flexibility is provided by the 2A Switch output current of voltage regulator. There is a maximum input voltage of 16V for this voltage regulator 12v. In the particular voltage regulators, the SC4501 family is represented. By using the 32V's maximal output voltage, adjusting voltage regulator can operate easily.
