SC2516MLTRT Overview

This power supply regulator has a general volatge output of 1.25V 1.5V 1.25V~2.5V. Surface Mount universial mount for easy adapting. This shunt regulator targets at Controller, DDR and other applications. The operating temperature should be set to 0°C~70°C to avoid mal-function. Input voltage for this external regulator is designed to be 4.5V~5.5V. You can find 22 terminals of the voltage regulator.
