SC189H SOT23 Overview
The space-saving SC-74A, SOT-753 package is available for this voltage regulator. The voltage regulator 12v has 1 outputs. The adjusting voltage regulator generates Fixed output. As the name implies, this voltage regulator 12v is designed for mounting on a Surface Mount bracket. During switching regulator operation, the operating temperature should remain at -40°C~125°C TJ. This voltage regulator 12v reaches a switching frequency of 2.5MHz. The regulator is capable of operating with a dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 2.9V. As shown in the table below, adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to 1.5V. A maximum design flexibility is provided by the 1.5A output current of voltage regulator. There is a maximum input voltage of 5.5V for this voltage regulator 12v. In the particular voltage regulators, the SC189 family is represented.
