SC187ULTRT Overview
For optimal performance, this voltage regulator uses the Tape & Reel (TR) package. In this voltage regulator, there are 16 terminations. As a matter of fact, the type of analog IC that this voltage regulator 12v is equipped with is called SWITCHING REGULATOR. Space savings are achieved by placing this voltage regulator in the 16-UFQFN Exposed Pad package. There are 1 outputs on DC DC switching regulator. Adjusting voltage regulator's output pins generate Programmable output. There is a switching regulator that is compatible with the Surface Mount mounting. As long as its operating temperature is -40°C~125°C TJ, dc to dc voltage regulator should perform well. There is a switching frequency of 2.2MHz for this voltage regulator 12v. Input voltage 2.9V is the dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage required for operation of the voltage regulators. The output voltage (Min/Fixed) of this voltage regulator 12v is 0.8V. This voltage regulator 12v offers maximum design flexibility with an output current of 4A. The maximum input voltage of this voltage regulator 12v is 5.5V. The switching regulator operation is carried out by 16 pins. In order for this switching regulator to work properly, the output voltage should be at least 800mVV. There is a maximum output voltage of 3.3V from this voltage regulator 12v.
