SC1211STRT Overview
A higher level of flexibility is provided by its 8-PowerSOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package.A packaging method of Tape & Reel (TR) is used.2 drivers are incorporated for its configuration.In this case, gate drivers is mounted along the way of Surface Mount.When the supply voltage is 9V~12V it is able to demonstrate its superiority.A gate type of N-Channel MOSFET has been used in its design.Temperature range 0°C~150°C TJ is allowed for this device.The configuration is based on 8 terminations.Mosfet driver is possible to find various related parts under Mosfet drivers base part number SC1211.Specification is for 12V supply voltage operation.There is an interface IC called BUFFER OR INVERTER BASED MOSFET DRIVER that is employed in this device.The board contains 8 pins for component connections.Gate drivers of this type are included in the Combi-Sense® series.
