S29WS128N0PBAW012 Overview
The case comes in the Bulk style. The chip contains 84 terminations. As many as 1 functions are supported for comprehensive working. An 1.8V supply is required for this ic memory chip to operate properly. Although it has all the merits this chip has, it is also equipped with SYNCHRONOUS BURST MODE OPERATION POSSIBLE to give a performance boost to the system. The power supply needed for this memory chip is only 1.8V . This device can be operated from a maximum supply current of 0.06mA under ideal conditions. 1.8V programming voltage is required to change the state of certain nonvolatile memory arrays. It is important to keep in mind that this memory has 8126 specific sized divisions in total. In this chip, there is a memory IC of type FLASH. Whenever the temperature exceeds 85°C, it should not be used. There is a requirement for the part to operate at a temperature of -25°C instead of anything else. It's what we call a NOR TYPE.
