S22P025S05 Overview


For safety reasons, the current sensors are enclosed in Module packages. To protect the current sensors against damage, they have been packaged in the Bulk. Current sensors should not provide currents greater than 12.5mA. In the current sensor design, 25A is the current for which the sensors are designed. This current sensor consists of 3 pins. When operating, the current sensors could deliver a voltage of 5V. The voltage output by current sensors should be 625mV.
