RT9643PQV Overview
A total of 5outputs are supported by this voltage regulator. The rectifier regulator is packaged in 24-VQFN Exposed Pad to facilitate transportation. We are ready to ship in Bulk packages. An output voltage of 1.2V 1.8V 2.5V 3V 3.3V 5V is provided by this power supply regulator. For easy adaptability, there is a universal mount Surface Mount. There are a number of applications targeted at Controller, DDR. As a precaution, it is recommended to set the operating temperature to -10°C~85°C TA to prevent malfunctions. This external regulator requires a voltage input of 5V.
