RT9173BGL5 Overview
There are a total of 1 outputs supported by the voltage regulator. The rectifier regulator is packaged in TO-252-6, DPak (5 Leads + Tab) for ease of transportation. In Tape & Reel (TR) package, ready for shipping. The general voltage output of this power supply regulator is Adjustable. Surface Mount Universal mount allows for easy adaptation. The shunt regulator is intended for use in applications such as Converter, DDR Bus Termination Regulator and others. It is recommended that the operating temperature be set to -40°C~125°C in order to prevent malfunctions. The input voltage for this external regulator is designed to be 1.7V~6V. A Surface Mount is provided for mounting on PCBs or other boards. There are 5 pins on the power regulator. There should be 2A output from the electrical regulator at the moment. A voltage greater than 1.7Vis required for this rectifier regulator.
