RT9173AGL5 Overview
Currently, it supports a total of 1 outputs. The rectifier regulator is packaged in TO-252-6, DPak (5 Leads + Tab) in order to facilitate transportation. Currently available in Tape & Reel (TR) packages for shipping. There is a general voltage output of Adjustableon this voltage controller. The Surface Mount universal mount allows for easy adaptation. The electrical regulator is targeted at Converter, DDR Bus Termination Regulator and other applications. A temperature setting of -40°C~125°C is recommended to avoid malfunctions. This variable voltage regulator is designed to have a voltage input of 1.6V~6V. Electronic components have 5 terminals. A Surface Mount is provided for mounting it on PCBs and other boards. The power supply regulator has a pin count of 5. As of now, the external regulator should be producing 3Aas its output. There is a requirement for an input voltage greater than 1.6Vfor this alternator regulator. As a maximum, rectifier regulator produces a current of 3A.
