RR132-1B12-551 Overview
This Cut Tape package protects the magnetic switch from damage. A safety precaution is taken by putting the magnetic switches into TO-236-3, SC-59, SOT-23-3 packages. A good performance can be achieved with magnetic switches that can deliver 50nA (Typ) as the maximum current. To be output, magnetic switches need a maximum current of 20mA. During operation, the magnetic switches can supply 1.7 V to 5.5 V voltage.
