RPMD-0132 Overview


As a protective measure, these photodiodes are packaged in the Cut Tape. To ensure safety, the photodiodes are packaged in 3-SMD, No Lead packages. Reverse-bias photodiodes can withstand a maximum of 15 V in continuous reverse-bias mode. It is possible for a photodiode to produce 1 nA even without light input.
