RF Type 802.11/WiFi, WLAN from the RF amplifier.The RF Amp' packaging Tape & Reel (TR) provides high reliability.The RF power Amplifier is convenient for international shipping since it is packaged in 20-VFQFN Exposed Pad.mount Amplifiers RFing in Surface Mount is recommended.It is capable of supplying a voltage of 3V~3.6V volts.The supply current needs to be operated in the range of 250mA.high power RF Amplifiers with 20 pins are designed.During operation, it uses a RF Amplifiers' current of 250mA as its supply RF Amplifiers' current.A temperature of 85°C degrees Celsius is recommended.
