High reliability is provided by the advanced packaging method Bulk. CPUs operate at 2GHz Hz. For functions of 603 pins, please refer to the datasheets. Data can be transferred over 64b bandwidths. Many applications use this CPU with Through Hole mounted. 2GHz is expected to be the top frequency of the CPU. There is 1.3V voltage at the CPU core. The embedded microprocessor should not be supplied with a voltage higher than 3.3V. 1.357V should be the lowest voltage fed to the CPU microprocessor.
