REF7050QFKHT Overview
This program uses the LCCC-8 package.As a voltage reference, it operates on Series Precision References control.Cut Tape external packaging encloses the voltage reference ic.For precise voltage measurements, ±0.025% is the tolerance.To enter input, the user fills out a Fixed form.By using Surface Mount, the PCB design can be made more demanding.A suitable candidate for work within -40°C ~ 125°C (TA).Input applications can use the voltage reference with 10 mA.The voltage reference circuit usually accepts a 5.4V ~ 18V voltage input.Fixed/minimal voltage of 5V is generated.It is powered by a current of 6.5mA which is used for its operation.An item from the series REF70.A 8-LCCC (5x5) supplier device package is assigned to this voltage reference ic.
