REF02DH Overview
Uses the handy TO-205AA, TO-5-8 Metal Can package.The external packaging contains Bulk.There are different types of functions that end with 8.It is coupled to an analog IC THREE TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE.In order to determine the output voltage 5V, test statistics are used.There is 1 need to change the output to 1.The part includes pins 8.Reflow soldering shouldn't exceed NOT SPECIFIED.Through Hole can be used to make the PCB design more demanding.Searching for "REF02" will yield other relevant parts.In order for it to work, you must supply a voltage of 15V.For it to be powered, a voltage of 8V must be provided.Tests are conducted to determine the voltage reference ic's maximum output voltage 5.1V.The minimum voltage output by the voltage reference circuit is 4.9V.There is a maximum inaccuracy of 2% for this voltage reference ic.In order to better accomplish its purpose, it has OUTPUT VOLTAGE CAN BE ADJUSTED OVER A +/-3 PERCENT RANGE.The ambient temperature of this voltage reference ic is 70°C.
