PQ1CZ21H2ZPH Overview
For optimal performance, this voltage regulator uses the Tape & Reel (TR) package. Space savings are achieved by placing this voltage regulator in the TO-252-6, DPak (5 Leads + Tab) package. There are 1 outputs on DC DC switching regulator. Adjusting voltage regulator's output pins generate Adjustable output. There is a switching regulator that is compatible with the Surface Mount mounting. As long as its operating temperature is -40°C~85°C TA, dc to dc voltage regulator should perform well. There is a switching frequency of 100kHz for this voltage regulator 12v. Input voltage 8V is the dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage required for operation of the voltage regulators. The output voltage (Min/Fixed) of this voltage regulator 12v is ±1.26V. The maximum input voltage of this voltage regulator 12v is 35V. There is a possibility that DC DC switching regulator can give voltage at -30V volts. The switching regulator operation is carried out by 63 pins. Switching regulator has a maximum output current of 1.5A A, which is sufficient to meet the requirements of operation. On the basis of the maximum output voltage of 35V -30V, adjusting voltage regulator can be operated easily.
