PMB 8753/2 Overview
In order to save board space, the 65-WFBGA package RF transceiver IC is used. As a RF transceiver's mounting method, Surface Mount is used.It emerges as a TxRx + MCU with transceiver RF's high efficiency.High reliability can be achieved by using the advanced transceiver RF' packaging Tape & Reel (TR).The RF transceiver that you are looking at comes from our well-known BlueMoon® series product line.The system operates at a frequency of 2.4GHz.
