PL620-20DC Overview
Clock generator is packaged in the way of Tube. Clock PLL is embedded in the Die package. 31 terminations can be found in frequency generators. The supply voltage of 2.5V allows for high efficiency. Crystal is designed for clock generator's input. 1 circuits are used to achieve clock PLL's superior flexibility. PLL clock is mounted in the way of Surface Mount. The maximal supply voltage (Vsup) reaches 3.63V. The uPs/uCs/Peripheral IC clock generator incoporates is CLOCK GENERATOR, OTHER. The supply voltage (Vsup) should be kept above 2.25V for normal operation. Clock generators should operate with the voltage supply of 2.25V ~ 3.63V. The temperature should be set at 0°C ~ 70°C (TA) to ensure reliable performance. For the clock, clock generator's output frequency should not exceed 200MHz.
