PI3CH281LEX Overview
As a means of saving space, digital switch is provided in the TSSOP.Tape & Reel (TR) represents its packaging.A total of 16 pins are configured on this board.As a voltage level input, the multiplexers have 8 lines.As the signal source, there are 2 output lines.In this case, operating this signal switch at 85°C is acceptable.Keeping the temperature of the multiplexer at -40°C is the minimum operating temperature.Device specifications specify 3.63V as the maximum supply voltage for the signal switches.Typical device specifications specify a voltage supply of 2.25V for the digital swith.
