PDV-V419 Overview
The Bulk protects these photodiodes from damage. In order to ensure safety, the photodiodes are packaged in Radial packages. The maximum voltage the photodiodes can withstand in reverse-bias mode is 10V. A continuous reverse-bias voltage of 10V should be maintained for the photodiodes. Photodiodes need a breakdown voltage of 15V. Despite the absence of light, photodiodes make 75pA current.
