PDU-V107 Overview
Designed to protect these photodiodes against damage, these photodiodes are packaged in the Bulk. Photodiodes are packaged in 2-DIP Module packages in order to ensure their safety. It is considered that the maximum voltage the photodiodes can withstand in reverse-bias mode is 75V. As long as the photodiodes are operated in reverse-bias mode, they should not exceed voltage 75V. The photodiode will operate at 400pA current even in the absence of light input.
