PDU-S101 Overview
To protect the photodiodes, they are packed in the Bulk. Photodiodes are protected by TO-46-2 Metal Can packages in order to ensure their safety. When reverse-bias is applied continuously, the photodiodes are able to withstand only 20V voltage. A reverse-bias photodiode shouldn't exceed 20V continuously in reverse-bias mode. Ensure photodiodes work by setting the breakdown voltage to 30V. A photodiode occurs even at 500pA current without light input.
