PDU-C111 Overview
A Bulk package protects these photodiodes from damage. In order to ensure their safety, the photodiodes are packaged into TO-8 Hermetic packages. A photodiode can withstand a maximum voltage of 30V when operating in reverse-bias mode continuously.
