PD3122FE000F Overview
The photodiodes are packaged in the Tube to prevent damage. To ensure safety, photodiodes are put into SMD/SMT packages. In reverse-bias mode, the voltage for the photodiodes should not exceed 30V continuously. When photodiodes are operating, the temperature should not exceed 85°C. However, the photodiodes should be operated at a minimum temperature of -25°C. Photodiodes exhibit 2nA current even in the absence of light input.
