PCF51AC256BCLKE Overview
The package is in LQFP format. The MCU has 69 I/O ports. This MCU is implemented with 256kB memory. It exhibits good efficiency when it operates at a frequency of 50MHz and it is able to operate at a high frequency. It is possible to access the 80 pins on the chip through the 80 pins. It is equipped with 12 timers and counters. There's an integrated FLASH memory in the equipment. There is a Coldfire core architecture integrated into it.
