Using Tape & Reel (TR) as a shipping the power management path is acceptable.Packing in 52-UFBGA, WLCSP makes transportation convenient.The Surface Mount mounting method is universal for easy adaptation.The power management is targeted at Wireless Power Receiver and other applications.Keeping the operating temperature of the power management ic 0°C~85°C will prevent malfunctions.As a result, this power management is powered by 1.62V~1.98V 4.5V~5.5V voltage.It is recommended that the supply current of the power ic be conducted at 3mA volts.
