P850-2124-001 Overview
The photodiodes are packaged in the Bulk for protection. When operating in reverse bias mode continuously, the photodiodes can withstand 20V voltage. Continuously, the reverse-bias voltage should not exceed 20V for the photodiodes. In the absence of light input, the photodiode exhibits a current of 50nA.
