P4040NXN1MMB Overview
The embedded microprocessor ships overseas conveniently packed in 1295-BBGA, FCBGA. A high level of reliability is provided by using an advanced packaging method Tray. In the CPU, there are 4 Core 32-Bit cores and 4 Core 32-Bit bus width. It is important to understand the operating temperature around -40°C~105°C TA. QorIQ P4 is its series number. Core-wise, this CPU has a PowerPC e500mc processor. It has DDR2, DDR3 RAM controllers. A DUART, I2C, MMC/SD, RapidIO, SPI interface has been added to this microprocessor in order to serve the user better. As far as I/O is concerned, this CPU runs at 1.8V 2.5V 3.3V.
