OV09750-H55A Overview
Safety protection is provided by putting the image sensors in BGA - Module packages. 1.8V 3.3V is the voltage that should be supplied by the image sensors. In order to protect the image sensors, we'll pack them in the Tray. Image sensors should be operated at 85°C temperatures. The temperature of the image sensor should, however, not be lower than -30°C.
