OV07676-H20A Overview
Safety precautions are taken by packaging the image sensors in BGA - Module packages. 2.8V should be the supply voltage for the image sensors. The image sensors will be packaged in the Tray to protect them. Image sensors should be set to 70°C as their maximum operating temperature. Nevertheless, a temperature of less than -30°C should not be allowed for image sensors to operate.
