OV07675-A23A Overview
23-WFBGA packages are used to protect the image sensors from damage. There should be 2.8V voltage supplied by the image sensors. To protect them from damage, we'll package them in Tray. Ideally, the image sensor should have a dynamic range of 71 dB. An image sensor with an optical format of 1/9 inch has been specified. It has 23 pins.
