OV06946-A04A Overview
For safety reasons, the image sensors are packaged in BGA - Module packages. There should be a voltage of 3.3V supplied by the image sensors. For protection against damage, we will package these image sensors in the Tray. Temperatures above 70°C should be set as the maximum operating temperature for the image sensors. Image sensors must not be operated at a temperature below -20°C.
