OV05670-MRCB-FA00 Overview
BGA - Module packages are used for the safety protection of the image sensors. Image sensors should output 2.8V. The Bag will protect these image sensors. Sensors should be set to 85°C at maximum operating temperatures. However, it is recommended that the temperature should not be lower than -30°C when image sensors are in operation.
