OV02655-A38A Overview
Safety reasons require that image sensors be packaged in 38-CSP3 packages. Ideally, the image sensors should provide a voltage of 2.45V~3V. These image sensors will be packaged in the Tray so they don't get damaged. In the image sensor, there are 3 pins. Set 70°C as the maximum operating temperature for the image sensors. In any case, the temperature of the sensor should not be below -20°C while it is operating.
