OPI1264B Description
In this data sheet, each optoisolator has an infrared light emitting diode (LED) and a silicon NPN photosensor. The OPI110 and OPI1264 devices include an NPN phototransistor sensor and a 890 nm Light Emitting Diode (LED). The gadgets are enclosed in a precast opaque container with an optically transparent passage connecting the photosensor and LED. This series is intended for the transfer of information across different power supply voltages where the potential under surge conditions does not exceed the specified isolation voltage.
