4.75V~5.25V Photologic® Series Adjustable Reflective Wire 3-Pin -40°C~85°C
OPB718Z Overview
For reliable performance, set the photoelectric sensor's temperature to zero. For these electronic components to function, a circuit or system should have 0 volts. Photoelectric sensors must operate at a minimum temperature of 0 to ensure reliability. A maximum operating temperature of 85°C allows for reliable operation. To make a photoelectric sensor work, 3 pins must be connected. It is required that the output current of a photoelectric sensor be 100μA. Photoelectric sensors can handle voltages up to 5.25V in DC circuits without causing damage. As low a voltage as possible can be applied to this photoelectric sensor, such as 4.75V. In this case, the photoelectric sensor has a supply current of 30mA. If the conditions are met, the photoelectric sensors will continuously dissipate 300mW. Sensors used with photoelectricity can work with an output current up to 100μA.
