OPA544F/500 Overview


It is packaged in an TO-263-6, D2Pak (5 Leads + Tab), TO-263BA-case that protects the operational amplifiers from damage. An op amp of this type is a Power-type. As far as the packaging is concerned, buffer op amp is delivered in a Tape & Reel (TR) case. It is estimated that there will be at least 5 terminations this year.
